- I have some Native-made jewelry, and I'd like to find matches to complete my set. Can you help?
Absolutely! If it's convenient for you to come by our shop, bring your pieces with you. It is easiest to make stone and design matches when you can see everything side by side. However, if you are far away you are welcome to take some clear pictures of your pieces in good light (preferably natural) and email them to us with a description of what you'd like to find. We will reply with some pictures of our current stock and we can go from there.
- The Native jewelry I purchased elsewhere needs repair or resize. Can you do that for me?
We are happy to handle repairs, but we need to see the nature of the problem first. It is best to bring the piece in to us for evaluation. However, if you are far away, please email some close-up pictures. We'll take a look and let you know if the prognosis is good or bad. At that point you may decide to ship your item to us (see shipping). Most issues are not handled in house, so expect a wait of 30-45 days. The cost to you will include any stone replacement, silver-smithing, and shipping costs incurred.
- I bought my loved one a gift from your store, but it wasn't well-received. Can I return it?
As noted on our receipt, we do not accept returns on any items, but we are happy to facilitate an exchange or write you a store credit for the gift. We require that all items be in their original unworn/unused condition and we reserve the right to determine what constitutes as wear. We also require the original receipt. Additionally, any gift exchange should be conducted within 45 days of the original purchase. If you are far away or have trouble picking out a replacement, we will write a gift certificate for the original purchase amount less any shipping (if that applies). The gift certificate will not expire, is transferable, and may be used on any merchandise in the shop.
- I chose something for myself last time, but now I found something I like more. Trade me out of it?
We're sorry that you no longer love your original piece, but it is yours. We do not deal in trade or resale. We suggest that if you truly no longer enjoy your piece, you give it to someone who will enjoy it. Alternatively, you may wish to resell it on a consumer to consumer platform such as eBay.
- My home was burglarized, and I don't keep records. Can you produce all of my receipts?
Unfortunately, no. We are old-fashioned pen and paper people. We have an enormous amount of receipts and it is not possible to comb through them all in the hopes of finding old tickets. If you paid via credit card, it may be worth your while to inquire with your provider about payment protection. We recommend that you photograph your special pieces. This can be of help when filing a claim, completing a police report, or replacing stolen items. If you have such pictures on file, we may be able to help you establish an approximate cost and/or find replacements. Feel free to contact us by email for help with that.
